The guys & girls that train with us do not have egos & all get along well

We like to have fun while we train, if it's fun you enjoy it more, no one likes bullies

The crew that trains with us are all very supportive of each other & we have a great team environment

If you are full of yourself & have a chip on your shoulder, you are not welcome & will be asked to leave

We have a great crew, some are fighters, some are trainers, it makes no difference to us

Most of our guys & gals train for the fun of it, not to self service their own egos

All training is done in a positive manor with respect toward each other
